Best Time to Play

April through October is ideal. Vancouver's mild, rainy winter gives way to glorious spring conditions by April, and summers are reliably warm and dry. Fall offers spectacular foliage and less crowded courses. Avoid January through March when most courses play through wet, soft conditions.

Booking Tips

For the best rates, book tee times midweek or during shoulder seasons. Many courses offer twilight rates for afternoon rounds. Resort courses often bundle with hotel stays for significant savings.

Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is located in Richmond, 25 minutes from downtown. Whistler is a 2-hour drive north on the Sea-to-Sky Highway (Highway 99) — one of the world's most scenic drives. Surrey and Richmond courses are 30-45 minutes from downtown via Hwy 99 or 91. Transit options are excellent within the city.
